Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms
- Reservation Confirmation: All reservations are confirmed once full payment is received. Partial payments are not accepted unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe, which supports [Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club] credit and debit cards, as well as [Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers]. Payments must be made in USD currency.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD currency and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary based on seasonality or special offers.
**Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation: Cancel for free up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% fee of the total reservation cost.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, no-shows, or early check-outs will not receive a refund.

2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 3:00 P.M.
- Check-out Time: 10:00 A.M.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

3. Guest Responsibilities
- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 6. Exceeding this without prior approval may result in termination of the stay without a refund.
- Noise and Neighbor Consideration: Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., and guests are expected to respect the neighbors. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund.
- Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the property will result in a cleaning fee of $500.
- Pet Policy: No pets are permitted on the property. Non-compliance will result in a $500 fee.

4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $200 is required to cover any potential damage during your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business day after check-out, pending an inspection of the property.

5. House Rules
- The house rules are listed on our website under the "House Rules" section.
- By confirming your booking and making a payment, you agree to abide by these rules.

6. Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. If damage exceeds the security deposit, the guest agrees to pay the difference within 5 days of being notified.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance for their stay.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes before their stay.
